group training classes

I offer small group classes of 2-3 people emphasizing movement and strength training. Classes are themed and offer different focus points such as movement pattern training, general strength training, Powerlifting techniques, and Olympic lifting techniques. My coaching and programming is gender affirming, body neutral, and neurodivergent friendly.

Classes are offered in-person (up to 8 per month) at $30 per 60-minute class. There is an optional 20% discount available to all pricing for BIPOC memberships.
