This is a 12 week program with 3 sessions per week that covers the fundamentals of strength training and functional movement patterns. The program is a self-paced and has the option to be done entirely from home! There are multiple options and variations for each exercise, and all exercises come with written instructions and video demonstrations. Cueing and instructions are detailed, gender affirming, weight neutral, and neurodivergent friendly.
