group training classes (studio)

I offer small group classes of 2-5 people emphasizing movement and strength training. Classes are themed and offer different focus points such as fundamentals of strength training, general strength training, Powerlifting techniques, and Olympic lifting techniques. The benefit of classes is the community aspect as well as the low athlete to coach ratio so that all participants get a fair amount of individual instruction at a lower cost compared to individual sessions. My coaching is gentle, flexible, supportive, and collaborative.

Classes are offered in-person at $35 per class. Classes run between 50 and 60 minutes. Monthly subscription packages can be purchased for either 4x or 8x per month. There is an optional 15% discount available to all membership pricing for trans and non-white folks.
