personal training sessions
I offer one-on-one training sessions (up to 8 per month) with the option to meet virtually (Zoom) or in-person. The benefit of working one-on-one is individualized programming and real-time coaching and cueing to help you learn safe and sustainable technique and get stronger! I offer a gentle, flexible, supportive, and collaborative approach that is atypical in most movement practices and training spaces.
Monthly personal training subscriptions are priced on an individual basis and can be purchased through the shop after completion of a discovery call. There is an optional 15% discount available for trans and non-white folks.
what you get:
program: programming designed specifically for you
coaching: live coaching sessions up to 60 minutes long on a bimonthly, weekly, or biweekly basis; remote/virtual and in-person options are available
equipment: in-person sessions are in a fully equipped studio; for virtual/remote sessions no equipment is required and any equipment you have can be incorporated
communication: frequent check-ins via email or text (opt in)
